ALL STATES:  you are hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting of your credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if you fail to the terms of your credit obligations.

Authorization for payments via credit card or check:When paying with a credit card or electronic check, you hereby authorize Southern Management Systems, Inc. to charge your credit card or bank account on behalf of your Billing Agency for the amount listed on the payment information screen.

Your credit card statement will show your Billing Agency's name and the Original Creditor, not Southern Management Systems, Inc.
